Chinese most active property buyers

Expats are checking out Ireland's property market, it's a bargain at the moment for those who can afford it and I'm surprise to read that the Chinese were the most active. I hope they don't inflate the property market like in HK where their government is trying to calm the booming property prices. Last thing we need is another property bubble and hyper-inflation.
