Number of toll roads to double in Ireland

The NRA (National Roads Authority) will be doubling the number of toll roads in Ireland according to this Irish Independent article.
Introduction of multi-point toll charges on the M50 in Dublin coupled with toll charges before entry to "key built-up areas" will be expected.
I do hope they keep to what they said about the multi-point toll charges on M50, that the total of the multiple charges is equal to what is currently charged (and I hope e-flow doesn't mess up).
