Permanent TSB - 10% bonus for paying lump sum off your mortgage

This only applies if you are on a tracker mortgage with Permanent TSB, and with a lump sum of minimum €5000. This will be available until June 17th next.
Is this good news for those on tracker by paying off quickly, using their long-term savings for this lump sum? Or is it better to keep on the tracker (as the bank won't be forcing people to switch to other mortgages, or so they say)?
