Ban on liquids for flights still in force

Apparently today was the day when Dublin Airport start the process on lifting the ban on liquids by scanning them, but the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) only got verbal word that it will not go ahead due to UK and France's concerns that scanning is not enough to deter terrorists attacks.
