Digital literacy - HK and Ireland ranks quite high

An international study by Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on participating students from different countries that tests 15 year old students on their maths, reading and scientific literacy including digital literacy.
Out of 19 countries, Hong Kong came fifth. Ireland is ranked pretty close behind.
