Pilot programme for short-stay visas will attract more Chinese visitors

Short-stay visas allows visitors from 16 countries to visit Ireland without having to acquire another visa if they already have a legitimate visa for UK. This pilot programme will end in October 2012. The list of 16 countries includes China.
It would be nice to see the short-stay visa information on the Dept. of Foreign Affairs and Trade in their visa section, although I did find this after searching on their site:-
