After bringing whatever you are cooking to the boil in the special pot that comes with Thermal Chef, you turn off the heat, pop it in the Thermal Chef's outer container and close the lid.
Slow-cooking that keeps the heat for up to 8 hours (or more). Great for congee, Chinese soup/broth, braising, etc.
