Interesting chart about "house price growth by country"

I saw a chart at the top of the Irish Times paper today, (there's no link to it on Irish Times online, I'm afraid, but here's an alternative in the Guardian's article about it.) showing the house price growth (or contraction as the case maybe).
Irish Time's choice in the papers are as follows:-
- Hong Kong + 20.1%
- China +15.3%
- France +9.5%
- India +8.9%
- Germany +3%
- Iceland -1.4%
- Spain -3.5%
- Greece -6%
- Dubai -6.1%
- Ireland -10.8%
