Anyone try "private kitchens" in Hong Kong?

Came across an interesting article about private kitchens found in surprising places in Hong Kong. The article covers a few, they are like pop-up shops in Dublin, I suppose. Small and discrete, but check them out in the article for a nice and yummy read.
