Cooking Time:
30 mins
Ingredients
3 cup rice
9 cups of water
slice of ginger
2 x Chicken breast (diced)
dried scallops (optional)
1 tablespoon of porridge oats (optional)
Instructions
Wash the rice to rid of starch.
Add water, rice, ginger and dried scallops in a pot and bring to a boil.
(Optional) Add porridge oats.
Add the chicken.
Bring down to simmer for 30 mins. It's ready to serve.
