Irish Born Chinese

{Strawberry Soya Bubble/Pearl Tea Shake}

Cooking Time:


  • 1/2 litre soy milk
  • 200g fresh strawberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar
  • Tapioca pearls


  1. Prepare the tapioca pearls as instructed on pack.
  2. Wash the strawberries, cut in half and remove leaves.
  3. Put strawberries, sugar and soy milk into blender and pureé.
  4. In each glass, add a spoonful of tapioca pearls, and add the strawberry milk.
